We're not hiring against a list.
Airthra is small and early. We don't keep a fixed roster of open roles — we hire when we find someone whose skills would obviously make Neelkanth better, faster. If that's you, tell us what you'd bring.
What we look for
Process & chemical engineers
People who can take the absorber-column chemistry from bench to skid, and keep improving yield and uptime once it's running on a customer's site.
Field & site operations
People willing to be hands-on at boiler sites — commissioning, monitoring, maintaining Neelkanth units, and being the face of Airthra on the ground.
Business development
People who can walk into an MSME or a fertilizer buyer's office and turn a compliance headache or a supply need into a signed relationship.
We're a young company working on the infrastructure layer behind industrial emissions — capturing sulfur dioxide from boiler stacks and turning it into potassium thiosulfate fertilizer, so factories can stay compliant without capital expenditure.
If none of the tracks above fit but you think you'd still be useful, say so in the message below. We read everything.
